We are currently certified under the Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) for organic garment production, reflecting our commitment to environmentally and socially responsible processing of organic textiles. This certification ensures compliance with strict criteria covering organic material integrity, chemical restrictions, environmental management, and social responsibility.
In addition, approximately 50% of our total energy consumption is sourced from renewable energy, primarily solar power, contributing to reduced carbon emissions and improved energy efficiency. We also implement measures for responsible water usage, waste segregation, and environmentally sound disposal, supported by documented procedures and periodic reviews.

Suki Garments operates from a fully integrated manufacturing facility in Tiruppur, designed to support premium apparel production with precision, flexibility, and consistency. Equipped with 250 advanced machines, our unit has a monthly production capacity of up to 50,000 pieces, enabling us to efficiently handle small to medium volumes while maintaining superior quality standards. Our infrastructure includes dedicated departments for fabric inspection, cutting, stitching, finishing, and quality control, ensuring seamless workflow and strict process monitoring. Advanced stitching lines, skilled operators, and specialized finishing areas allow us to meet diverse design and construction requirements for high-end garments.
